Welcome to the St. Joseph’s School Sixth Form

The Sixth Form is a thriving and integral part of the school. Our success comes from our determination to ensure that every student is supported and developed both academically and pastorally. Whether you are planning to go on to university, apprenticeships or employment we strive to provide a range of opportunities for you to enhance and improve your skills.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent teaching in a caring and supportive environment.  The success of this can be seen in the excellent results achieved by our students every year.  Our staff are on site all day, every day, enabling us to monitor and track your academic progress carefully.

You can get involved in activities from paired reading with junior classes, teacher aid in KS3 to Sixth Form parties and charity events including the annual Christmas Party for the local community.

Socially, the Sixth Form arrange their own events, raising money for charities and for the OAP party as well as just having fun. The year culminates in the formal Sixth Form prom, when both staff and students come together to celebrate the successes of the year.
