We offer a wide variety of AS, A-Level and Btec qualifications, taking you from wherever you are, to wherever you need to go. As well as these courses, every pupil is given the opportunity to achieve the Welsh Baccalaureate qualification at either Level 2 or Level 3.

Btec Level 3 Courses

The courses are assessed completely through the completion of assignment task that are internally assessed and verified and externally sampled. They are graded as Pass, Merit, Distinction and Distinction* which are the equivalent to;

Pass – E
Merit – C
Distinction – A
Distinction* – A*

Btec Level 2 Courses (Post 16)

The courses are assessed completely through the completion of assignment task that are internally assessed and verified and externally sampled. They are GCSE equivalent Level 2 courses which are a progression tool, both equivalent to 2 GCSEs. They are graded as Pass, Merit, Distinction and Distinction* which are the equivalent to:

Pass – C
Merit – B
Distinction – A
Distinction* – A*
