We have a long and proud tradition of supporting our students in gaining access to further education or on to their chosen career pathway. In 2025, 100% of students were accepted at their first or second choice university, with 97% having achieved their first choice place.

Our experienced tutor team and Sixth Form management team work with students during every stage of the university application process. The daily contact with the form teacher means we can work with students closely to maximise their chances of success, from advice and support on choosing the right course and institution, to completing the personal statement.

Visits to open days at local universities are also encouraged and supported, ensuring that students quickly get a feel for what kind of university they want to study at.
