May 2018 saw the introduction of the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Schools, as Data Controllers, are required to publish how we collect, store and use the personal data we hold.
The Privacy Statements below outlines to you the data we collect and how it is processed by the school in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We ask that you read the statement and the attached Privacy Notice that applies to you and refer to for your information.

There has also been changes to the consent agreements for pupils and students to access the Welsh Government Hwb Platform. We have put together a document with information in relation to these changes and would ask (similar to the Privacy Statements) that we will assume consent and agreement unless you contact us to withdraw or ask any questions.
